How to make a tax-deductible donation:

  2. Select or enter the amount you would like to donate under the “Amount” field.

  3. The “Designation” field should include “MHA Class of 2008 Fund for Professional Development (MCV Foundation)”.

  4. Fill in the remaining required fields.

  5. Click “Go to Checkout” at the bottom and complete the following form.

  6. A receipt for tax purposes is emailed after the transaction is complete.
